TJ joined the Snell Group in 2024.   He has worked in the electrical industry for over 30 years with experience in design, field construction, project management, and reliability engineering.

TJ's background most recently includes working with a large manufacturing company to further develop their PdM programs, team build with vendors, coach and train existing reliability engineers for 13 US facilities.  Prior to this he worked as a FTE performing thermography, ultrasound, and motor surveys across the US before transitioning into a senior SME for electrical with a large consulting firm.  During this time he honed his skills around advanced motor signature analysis, power quality, MV servicing and testing, and manufacturer engagements.

TJ has completed Thermography III, Ultrasound Acoustical II, Electrical Motor Testing I, and Vibration ISO II.  He developed the NETA testing specifications for several large companies.

He enjoys traveling with his wife, Amelia, spending time with his three grown children, and chasing his new puppy.  Living in the Blueridge Mountains of VA provides beautiful views and plenty of relaxation.
