Gabe has worked as a reliability consultant for The Snell Group's parent company, Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS), for seven years. His main focus is troubleshooting and diagnosing rotating equipment. He has extensive experience in high-level vibration analysis, allowing him to detect and resolve complex machinery issues. He is also skilled in experimental modal analysis and operating deflection shape analysis. He has a solid background in component failure analysis and motion amplification. Gabe helps clients reduce downtime, boost equipment performance, and improve reliability.

Outside of work, Gabe enjoys a variety of outdoor activities. He is an avid backcountry snowmobiler and skier, taking advantage of winter conditions whenever possible. In warmer months, he loves boating. He spends time on the water with friends and family. He is also passionate about hunting, appreciating the challenge and skill involved in the sport. He also spends his free time working on his house and land. He tackles projects that keep him engaged and connected to nature.
