David is a Senior Reliability Consultant for ATS. He has 36 years of military and industrial experience. He is a leader in Maintenance and Reliability. He develops and executes manufacturing and reliability strategies. David leads our Practical Plant Failure Analysis training. He has a lot of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical power transmission equipment. He also works on aligning machinery, including relocating and installing equipment. He provides effective alignment solutions for complex applications. He has extensive experience with gear reducer rebuilds and inspections. He is also skilled in precision maintenance tools and techniques. Through his work, David helps clients minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and enhance overall operational reliability.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family.  When he is not working or with his family, David enjoys the sport of motocross, which he still races veteran classes today. He also enjoys collecting and restoring early 80’s vintage motocross bikes.
