Charetta graduated from Central Washington University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management.  For the last two decades, Charetta's focus has been in the construction industry.  Charetta has handled many areas including logistics, project managing, accounting, safety, and human resources.  In 2024 Charetta and her husband moved from Washington State to Maine to be closer to family.  This move brought on new adventures introducing her to the world of Infrared Thermography.  In her role at The Snell Group, Charetta orchestrates the logistics for all class equipment and materials.  She also handles all certificates along with many other tasks.  In her free time, Charetta enjoys outdoor activities like ATVing, snowmobiling, gardening and crafts.
